7.8.1 Deleting Label Formats
Stored label formats can be deleted, individually, or by group from
the scales memory in the following manner.
Caution: Once a format is deleted it cannot be retrieved without one of
the utilities mentioned above.
1. Press SHIFT-X. Answer YES to the ‘DELETE LBL FMTS’
prompt.
2. Select the desired format group, and press ENTER.
3. The XC880A prompts to ‘DELETE ALL FMTS?’ Answer
YES to delete all formats in the selected printer family, or NO
to delete individual formats.
4. If YES was chosen in step 3, all formats in the group will be
deleted after the selection is verified. Otherwise, the XC880A
prompts for the format to delete.
