Delay Trigger Mode
If user configures the trigger mode as delay trigger, user can spec-
ify a delay time from when the trigger event asserts to the begin-
ning of the acquisition and waveform generation. The operation is
illustrated below. The delay time is specified by a 32-bit counter
value and the counter is clocking based on the PCI clock. So the
maximum delay time is the period of PCI_CLK X (232 - 1) while
the minimum delay is the period of PCI_CLK.
