30 BIOS Setup
ACPI Configuration
You can use this screen to select options for the ACPI Configura-
tion settings. Use the up and down < Arrow > keys to select an
item. Use the < + > and < - > keys to change the value of the
selected option. The settings are described on the following
pages. The screen is shown below.
Suspend Mode
Select this value to allow ACPI state support. Auto will decide
by OS. Select “S1 (POS)” to force the system to enter Power
on Suspend. Select “S3 (STR)” to force the system to enter
Suspend to RAM. Default setting is Auto.
ACPI OS Shutdown Mode
Set this value to allow OS shutdown in “AT” or “ATX” mode.
The default setting is “ATX”.
