18 BANSHEE TALKBOX LEFT/MONO OUTPUT Control

Determines the amount of attenuation that may be applied to the LEFT/MONO output signal sent

to y our amplifier when using the Banshee and y our amplifier 's live sound together at the same

time.

19 BANSHEE TALKBOX ON/OFF Footswitch

This Footswitch turns the talkbox effect ON and OFF. The LED above the switch will be lit

when it is ON and not lit, when OFF.

20 EXPRESSION PEDAL switch

To activate the Expression pedal, apply pressure to the toe of the expression pedal until this

switch is activated. You will know the pedal is active as you should be able to feel the switch

activate, but if not, the PEDAL ACTIVE LED will light when the switch is tur ned ON .

21 GUITAR INPUT jack

This stand ar d , mono 1/4" jack is used to pr ovid e input to the unit.

22 OUTPUT RIGHT jack

This 1/4" jack pr ovid es the r ight output of the UTOPIA G20 0 B for use in ster eo situations, such

as d ir ect r ecor d ing, plugging into a PA sy stem, two Guitar amplifier s, etc.

23 OUTPUT LEFT/MONO jack

This 1/4" jack pr ovid es the left output of the UTOPIA G20 0 B. This output is a MON O output

and should be used in mono situations, such as plugging into the fr ont of an amplifier . For ster eo

situations you must also use the OUTPUT RIGHT Jack.

24 AUX INPUT Jack

This 1/8" ster eo jack pr ovid es an auxiliar y input allowing y ou to plug a MP3 Play er , CD Play er ,

etc. so that y ou can jam along with y our favor ite tunes.

25 PHONES jack

This 1/8” ster eo jack pr ovid es a ster eo output allowing y ou to pr actice in pr ivate. N ote that y ou

need to activate the “STEREO” parameter in the GLOBAL Function in order to have a stereo

sound. Additionally, it is recommended that you set the Speaker Simulator in the GLOBAL

Function to “LOCK BOTH” as well. N ote, this setting will be used until y ou tur n OFF the UTO-

PIA G20 0 B. The SPEAKER Simulator setting used in each pr eset may be mod ified per pr eset

while in this mode. See page 22 for more information on the GLOBAL Function. Note: Make

sur e if y ou ed it a pr eset and plan to stor e it to tur n the SPEAKER SIMULATOR off if y ou d o

not desire to store its current status. All global parameters will be stored during the preset storing

process.

26 USB jack

This standard USB jack allows you to connect to a computer for direct recording and

playback.
