Facing Requirements
 This appliance is designed to allow for drywall (or other combustible facing) to contact the sides and
top of the front of the fireplace.
 Tile or other non-combustible facing may be placed on the front of the fireplace (see "Facing
Overview" on page 38 for further details).
Drywall Installation
Drywall Installation Drywall may be
installed up to the front edge of the fireplace.
If the fireplace is raised, drywall up to the
bottom edge as well.
Do not install drywall (or any
other combustible) in front
of the fireplace.
