3.1 General description
KL6904 TwinSAFE logic terminal with four fail-safe outputs
The KL6904 is a safe small controller with digital outputs for connecting actuators (contactors, relays,
etc.) with a maximum current 0.5 A (24 V
DC
). The Bus Terminal has 4 fail-safe outputs.
The EL6930 meets the requirements of IEC 61508:2010 SIL 3, DIN EN ISO 13849-1:2006 (Cat 4, PL e),
NRTL, UL508, UL1998 and UL991.
The Bus Terminal has the standard design of a Beckhoff Bus Terminal.
