Sets the IP address of the DV-MFSW-94.

Where:
IPADR IP address command

2 byte unit ID
type P = IP address, S = Subnet, G = gateway, M = MAC address
addr address for IP address, Subnet, Gateway XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX where XXX = 000 – 255, for
MAC address xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx where xx = 00 – FF.
