Description
Self-curing, single-component adhesive for silicone-based impres-
sion materials.
Composition
Virtual Tray adhesive contains polydimethylsiloxane, polysiloxane
resin and solvent
Indication
Virtual Tray Adhesive is specifically intended for the adhesion of
cured addition-reaction silicone (vinylpolysiloxane) impression
materials to standard metal and plastic trays.
Contraindication
– If the patient is known to be allergic to any of the ingredients
in Virtual Tray Adhesive.
– If the tray cannot be properly cleaned and dried.
Side Effects
Virtual Tray Adhesive may cause a sensitization reaction in
patients with a hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. In these
cases, the material should no longer be applied.
Interactions
None
Application
1. Be sure that all surfaces of the impression tray are oil-free,
clean and dry.
Note: If the disinfection of the impression tray cannot be
ensured, the tray adhesive must be filled into a dappen glass,
for example, and applied using a disposable brush.
2. Apply a thin layer of Virtual Tray Adhesive using the brush
provided to all surfaces of the impression tray (metal or plastic)
that will come into contact with the impression material.
3. Allow the tray adhesive to dry for approximately 3 minutes (or
blow dry with compressed oil-free air).
4. Replace bottle cap immediately.
– Removal of Tray Adhesive / Cleaning of Impression Trays
Tray Adhesive residue can be removed with alcohol.

Warnings
– Contains Xylene, hazardous to health
– Avoid contact between Virtual Tray Adhesive and skin, mucous
membrane, and eyes; if contact should occur, rinse thouroughly
with running water (for 10 minutes, with open palpebral
fissure). Consult ophtalmologist. If the material comes into
contact with the skin, immediately wash affected areas with
water.
– Do not inhale vapor.
– Close container after use.
– Keep the product away from flame and sparks.
– Attention: May stain clothing
Storage
– Do not use Virtual Tray Adhesive after the indicated date of
expiration.
– Close bottle immediately after use.
– Do not use material if the individual components show clear
signs of change of consistency.
– Storage temperature: 2 – 28° C (36 – 82° F)
– Shelf life: See expiration date on label and packaging.
