Vivaglass ® Liner
Instructions for Use
Description
Vivaglass Liner is a light-curing glass ionomer cement,
which is especially suitable for cavity lining.
Composition
Powder
Aluminosilicate glass, initiator and pigments
Liquid
HEMA, polyacrylic acid, water, dimethacrylate and initiator
Indication
Light-curing glass ionomer cement for cavity lining
Contraindication
Vivaglass Liner is contraindicated
– if the stipulated technique cannot be applied.
– if the patient is known to be allergic to any of the ingre-
dients of Vivaglass Liner.
– if pulp is near the dentin surface or exposed.
Side effects
In rare cases, ingredients of Vivaglass Liner may cause sen-
sitization. In such cases, the product should cease to be
used.
Interactions
Materials containing eugenol may inhibit the polymeriza-
tion of Vivaglass Liner.
Application procedure
1. Cavity preparation
Remove caries. Prepare the cavity in the usual manner.
