To modify the time settings
From any page, go to MENU > Device Setup > Time.
Use the drop-down lists to select the time settings.
 Time Format–Select Local 12 hr or Local 24 hr.
 Zone–Select your actual time zone or select
Automatic to allow the device to update the time
based on your GPS location.
To enable the Daylight Saving option, select the Daylight
Saving check box.
To restore the default settings
To restore the default settings, go to MENU >
Device Setup > Time > Restore Defaults.
Units
Use the Units option to set the various units of measure
used on the device.
To modify the units settings
From any page, go to MENU > Device Setup > Units.
Use the drop-down lists to select the various unit settings.
 Coordinates: Primary–Select Degrees; Degrees,
Minutes; Deg, Min, Sec; UTM/UPS; or USNG/MGRS.
 Datum: Primary–Various. The default datum is WGS84.
 Coordinates: Secondary–Select UTM/UPS;
Degrees; Degrees, Minutes; Deg, Min, Sec; or
USNG/MGRS.
 Datum: Secondary–Various
 Measures–Select Statute Miles, Kilometers, Nautical
Miles/Feet, or Nautical Miles/Meters.
 Pressure– PN-40 only. Select Inches of Mercury,
Millibars, or Pascals.
 Bearing–Select True or Magnetic.
Note The Coordinates: Primary setting controls what
the device displays on the map when the cursor moves.
The Coordinates: Secondary field lets you pick a different
setting to use in an info field.
To restore the default settings
To restore the default settings, go to MENU >
Device Setup > Units > Restore Defaults.
Page Order
You can add or remove pages from the PAGE button
order (you cannot remove the Map Page). When you add
a page to the PAGE button order, it no longer appears in
the menu list—you must press the PAGE button until that
page displays. You can also change the order in which
pages are displayed.
