High-speed digital format restored

On the

DIGITAL FORMAT

screen, in high sampling

mode (“Constraints on other devices” on page 142),
the

HI-SPEED

mode is supported once more together

with

NORMAL

and

DUAL-LINE

as options.

Note that in the 1.60 software release, this mode was
not supported.

Flattening an EQ band

It is possible to flatten (set the gain to 0) of an EQ
band of the selected channel by pressing and holding
the

2ND F.

key together with the key corresponding

to the EQ band to be flattened.

External switch (footswitch) functionality

The external switch (typically a non-latching foots-
witch) can be assigned to a number of different func-
tions.
With the

SHIFT

indicator lit, press the

UTILITY

key,

and then select the

EXT. SW

screen.

The following screen appears:

Select the switch function from the following list:

Talkback to audio and slate (

TO STUDIO AND

SLATE

Talkback to studio only (

TO STUDIO

Talkback to slate only (

Punch in and punch out (
