6.2.2 Return Authorization
In the event you must return the device to Thinklogical® directly:
1. Contact Customer Support at 1-800-291-3211 or 203-647-8700.
2. Customer Support will ask you to describe the problem and will issue you a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA).
3. Pack the device in its original box, if possible, and return it with the RMA# on the box.
