OPERATION
INSTALLING THE TOOL BIT(S)
Select the tool bit(s) required to machine the end configuration desired.
When performing a tube squaring operation the tool bit may be placed in any one of
the three slots.
Bevel, Face and Counterbore Set-up Tube Squaring Set-up
When performing any separate machining operations such as facing, beveling or
counterboring, the tool bit(s) may be installed in any one of the three cutting head
slots.
When performing any multiple machining operation such as facing beveling and
counterboring, the tool bits should be installed with one in each slot.
Use of dull or improperly designed tool bits or tool bits not manufactured by
TRI TOOL Inc. may result in poor performance and may constitute abuse of
this machine and therefore voids the TRI TOOL Inc. factory warranty.
