The output shows that in VRRP group 1 Router A is the master, Router B is the backup and packets

sent from Host A to Host B are forwarded by Router A.
When interface GigabitEthernet 4/1/2 on Router A is not available, you can still ping Host B on
Host A. To view the detailed information of the VRRP group, use the display vrrp ipv6 verbose

command.
