9.3 Editing an Asset's metadata information
To view or edit an Asset's metadata fields:
 To edit an Asset, select the Asset on the All Assets or a custom Asset tab to open, then select
the applicable metadata tab.
 Edit the metadata fields.
 To save changes, click Save.
9.4 Sharing Assets
Assets are linked to a User Group, but can be shared with other Groups.
To share Assets with a User Group:
 Open the Asset and go to the Sharing tab.
 Select the User Group you want to share the Asset with and click Share.
The status of the Asset changes to: Pending.
