Configuring the Remote Display Unit (RDU)
A Remote Display Unit (RDU) lets you see the clips playing on each channel
and the status of each clip. The RDU usually resides in the control room so that
operators can see playback status during a broadcast.
Setting Options Description
Channel Display ID (1-4) Enter the Display ID for each channel on the RDU.
Channel Tally Input (1-4) Enter the Tally Input for each channel on the RDU.
Control Port COM1 - COM10 Select which Control Port you are using for the RDU.
Tally State Color (0 - 3) Red
Green
Amber Select the color to display for the tally state on the RDU.
Text Font Normal
Spaced
Thin
Small Select how you want the text to appear on the RDU.
