Latissimus dorsi and stomach
(figure E)
1. Stand on the band with your feet shoulder-
width apart and your knees slightly bent grip
both handles from below.
2. Stand up straight and bend your lower arms
with the handles in front of your body.
Your fingers are pointing towards your body.
3. Turn your upper body to one side as far as
possible. Stay in this side position for a few
seconds and slowly return to face forwards.
4. Slowly lower your lower arms again.
5. Repeat the exercise and turn your upper body
to the other side.
Shoulders and back (figure F)
1. Stand on the band with one foot and one
slightly bent knee. The other leg is extended
backwards, standing on your toes.
2. Grip both handles from the side and stand up
straight.
3. Pull the article up to shoulder height with your
arms extended to the sides. The backs of your
hands are facing upwards.
4. Hold this position for a few seconds.
Your arms stay extended.
5. Slowly lower your arms again.
6. Repeat the exercise and change the position
of your legs.
Back and arms (figure G)
1. Stand on the band with your feet shoulder-
width apart and your knees slightly bent and
grip both handles from below.
2. Pull the article up above the back of your
head with your arms bent.
3. Squat slightly and extend your arms upwards.
Stay in this position for several seconds.
4. Slowly bend your lower arms again.
5. Repeat the extending and bending of your
lower arms.
Important: make sure that your knees
are slightly bent during each exercise.
