move the device away from this
speaker system.

BLUETOOTH connection cannot be
completed.

Make sure that the BLUETOOTH
indicator of the bar speaker is lit
(page 30).

Make sure the BLUETOOTH
headphones to be connected with is
turned on and the BLUETOOTH
function is enabled.

Bring this speaker system and the
BLUETOOTH headphones closer
together.

Pair this speaker system and the
BLUETOOTH headphones again. You
may need to cancel the pairing for the
BLUETOOTH headphones with this
speaker system first. See “To remove
the paired headphones from the
device list” (page 32)
.

Pairing information may be deleted.
Perform the pairing operation again
(page 32).

No sound is output from the
connected BLUETOOTH
headphones.

Make sure that the BLUETOOTH
indicator of the bar speaker is lit
(page 30).

Bring this speaker system and the
BLUETOOTH headphones closer
together.

If a device that generates
electromagnetic radiation, such as a
wireless LAN device, other
BLUETOOTH devices, or a microwave
oven is nearby, move the device away
from this speaker system.

Remove any obstacle between this
speaker system and the BLUETOOTH
headphones, or move this speaker
system away from the obstacle.

Reposition the connected
BLUETOOTH headphones.

Switch the wireless LAN frequency of
any nearby wireless LAN router or PC
to the 5 GHz range.

Increase the volume on the connected
BLUETOOTH headphones.

Set

[Setup] - [Advanced Settings]

- [Bluetooth Settings] - [Wireless
Playback Quality] to [LDAC Stable
Connection (Auto)] or [SBC Stable
Connection (Auto)].

Some content may not be output due
to content protection.

The remote control of this speaker
system does not function.

Point the remote control at the
remote control sensor on the bar
speaker (page 10).

Remove any obstacles in the path
between the remote control and the
speaker system.

Replace both batteries in the remote
control with new ones if they are
weak.

Make sure you are pressing the
correct button on the remote control.

TV remote control does not work.

This problem might be solved by
enabling the IR repeater function. For
details, refer to Help Guide.

No sound or only a very low-level
sound is heard from the optional
speaker.

Press SW

(subwoofer volume) + on

the remote control to increase the
subwoofer volume, or press REAR

(rear speakers volume) + to increase
the rear speaker volume (page 36).

Check the wireless connection status
in

[Setup] - [Advanced Settings] -

[Speaker Settings] - [Wireless Speaker
Settings] - [Check wireless
connection].

Set the night mode to off (page 38).
