Connect Intel vPro

supported Notebook through P27u-20 Thunderbolt™ 4 interface can let you

remotely access/control computer via Intel Active Management Technology (Intel

AMT) when the

operating system is not available or even the computer is turned off.

Recommended USB setup:
1)

Connect Desktop with HDMI/DisplayPort and USB type B for display and USB function.

2)

Connect Thunderbolt™ 4 cable or A to C cable to Notebook for USB function. Display

Thunderbolt™/ HDMI/DisplayPort signal.

3)

Connect USB devices to USB-A or USB-C port.

USB devices can switch between USB-C and USB-B hosts by:
Quick access for KVM hot key

on P27u-20.

Note 1:

Please don’t hit switch bottom while USB data is still in transmission.

Note 2:

Thunderbolt™ 4 downstream port is not in part of KVM group.
