Using the Wide Panel
The wide panel off ers coverage for focal lengths as
short as about 20 mm (35 mm format equivalent).

Slide the wide panel out and
down to cover the fresnel lens.
O
Do not use force.
The panel could pull
free of the fl ash head.

Return the catchlight panel to its
housing above the fl ash window.

Press the shutter button all the way down to fi re the
fl ash and take a photograph. Confi rm that the subject
is within the eff ective range of the fl ash.
O
Flash coverage can not be adjusted while the wide panel is in
use. In addition, care should be used to avoid underexposure
when using the wide panel with bounce lighting.
Return the panel to its housing when it is not in use, as it could
otherwise be damaged during transport.
