Drying
For drying, use the Defrost/Dry
à oven function.
Defrosting ovenware
• Use the shelf or baking tray, spread with grease-proof or baking pa-
per.
Oven levels
• You can dry food on 2 oven levels at the same time.
• Place the shelf or baking tray on the 1st and 4th levels from the
bottom.
How to use the Drying Table
• Distribute the food evenly over the shelf or baking tray.
• At half way through the time, turn the food.
• Take the food out when no more juice is coming out, and while it is
still bendable.
