understand the structure of the training materials and to help them learn the critical
elements of the course.

Course Materials
The HP2500C/CM training consists of three main components.
1. The HP 2500C Series Printer Service and Support Manual which contains 9
chapters
2. The HP 2500C/CM Professional Series Color Printer Service and Support
Training Video. This video contains 3 sections: Product Information, User
Information and Repair Information.
3. The Service Authorization Exam
Course Duration
The course should take about three hours to complete.
