Removal and Replacement Procedures
4. Remove the battery pack by following these steps:
a. Turn the notebook upside down with the rear panel
toward you.
b. Slide and hold the battery release latch 1 toward you. The
left side of the battery pack releases from the notebook.
c. Swing the battery pack up and to the right 2.
d. Remove the battery pack.
