1.5.2 Model Applications

J1C Series gas fryers are tabletop fryers designed for limited space and all-purpose frying. J1C
frypot capacity is 15-20 pounds.

MJ35 Series fryers are freestanding fryers designed for all-purpose frying. MJ35 frypot capacity is
30-40 pounds.

MJ45 Series fryers are freestanding fryers designed for high-volume frying. MJ45 frypot capacity is
40-50 pounds.

MJCF Series fryers are freestanding fryers designed for high-volume frying, specifically chicken,
fish and other breaded products. MJCF frypot capacity is 60-80 pounds.
