4.13.3 PASSWORD MODE
The password mode allows a restaurant manager to change passwords for various modes and levels.
1. Perform steps 1-3 on page 4-32.
Computer displays password.
2. Press the (1 yes) button to accept selection (see Figure 160).

t and u buttons (see Figure 162) to scroll between:
a. FRYER Setup – Selects password to enter FRYER Setup
mode. (Default is 1234)
b. usage – Selects password to enter usage mode to reset usage
statistics. (Default is 4321)
c. level 1 – Selects password to enter level 1 mode. (Default
is 1234)
d. level 2 – Selects password to enter level 2 mode. (Default
is 1234)
