To assemble the bandsaw for vertical cutting:
1. Remove the blade guide cover as shown in
Figure 20.

removed in Step 1.
3. Install the bracket shown in Figure 21 with
the bolt already in the casting and the flat
head screw, and the hex nut.
4. Set a square to the side of the blade, as
shown in Figure 22, and adjust the bracket
to square the table to the blade.
The Model G1010 can easily be set up for vertical
cutting operations.
