After the window on the left is displayed, click Next.
At this point, Windows 98 may need additional system files loaded to complete the
installation. These files are located on your Windows 98 CD-ROM.

Be sure your Windows 98 CD-ROM is in the CD-ROM Drive and click OK to install
System Files.
