Possible Solutions
n Check the coaxial cable at the modem and wall outlet and hand-tighten if necessary.
n Check the IP address (follow the steps in Verifying Your IP Address on page 30);
call your service provider if you need an IP address.
n Check that the USB or Ethernet cable is attached at the modem and your computer.
n Press the Standby button to reconnect Internet service.
n Check that Acrobat Reader 4.0 is installed and selected.
n Remove the USB driver using the instructions for a Windows 98 or
Windows 2000/Windows Me computer that appear on the following pages.
