LCD Message Description Action
WARMING UP The Printer is warming up. Wait for a short while.
OFF LINE Printer cannot receive data from
Host computer. Press the On Line key to set the printer into the
On Line state.
PROCESSING - Receiving data from the host
computer.
- The printer is making a print
image. Wait for a while.
DATA COMPRESSION Compressing data from the host
computer Wait for a while.
TRAY X PAPER LOW Tray2 or Tray3 is almost out of
paper. Ready paper for addition.
LOAD XXX
TRAY X The specified paper doesn’t exist in
the specified cassette. Change the paper in the cassette for paper of the
specified size.

Printing will continue with the currently available
paper if the Proceed key is pressed or an Auto-
continue Time-out occurs.

IN MANUAL Print Menu is set to Manual Feed.

print.
You can still make print, but the image density will
become lighter and lighter. It is recommended therefore
that you change the Toner Cartridge as soon as possible.

Change all three of these units for new ones.
