Lock/Unlock
Upon entering this mode, you are asked to enter the 4-
digit access code that is used to lock/unlock channel
access.

Note: Until you set your access code with the Edit
Code option (see the next page), any 4-digit
number will allow you to enter this mode.

After you enter the right access code, a channel list
appears with the currently playing channel
highlighted.

Press CH

5 / ∞ (or CH + / –) to select a channel you

want to lock, then press SEL (or SELECT).

6 Confirm Tone Options

Press CH

5 / ∞ (or CH + / –) to select either “On” or

Off”, then press SEL (or SELECT).
On: To activate the confirmation beep.
Off: To deactivate the confirmation beep.

7 Add or Skip

You can skip unwanted channels while tuning.

Upon entering this mode, a channel list appears with
the currently playing channel highlighted.

Press CH

5 / ∞ (or CH + / –) to select a channel you

want to skip, then press SEL (or SELECT).
“Skip” appears, next to the channel, on the screen.

To activate skipped channels again, repeat the same
procedure and delete “Skip”.

Note: Skipped channels can be accessed by
entering the channel number directly (see “Direct
Tuning” on page 17).

8 Lock Options

You can prohibit access to particular channels.
