Operation

This helps a single frame grabber to process multiple images in pipeline processing (sequential
process).

3.6.3 Internal Shutter Speed Control

The speed control ranges from 1/30 to 1/8,000 sec. The video signal starts with internal VINIT. With
the internal mode selected, the camera operates the reset and shutter in the same way as the external
pulse width control mode. When the external VINIT pulse is applied, internal VINIT is latched to H

D

and is delayed to set up the shutter speed period. The shutter speed is controlled by the dial switch from
“1” to “8.” Video output timing starts right after the internal VINIT. For the timing of the delayed
internal reset, LPULSE output of the 51-pin connector can be used.
