Dial-out DHCP

This item allows the user to obtain a dynamic IP address from a DHCP
(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server over a modem connection. If
the item is enabled (ON), a dynamic IP will be assigned to the

series unit. In this case, the user does not

need to configure a static IP and the following settings will be “read only.”

Select <ON> to enable the DHCP function, or <OFF> to set the dial-out IP
address, Netmask, Gateway and DNS manually. The default setting is <ON>.
