Using the USB Streaming Function
✤ This function works in both <Camera> and <Player> modes.

✤ To use USB streaming, the DV Driver, Video Codec and DirectX 9.0.
programs must be installed in the PC.
✤ You can view Camcorder video on your PC using USB streaming.
✤ You can also store it as a moving image in the "avi" file format, or as
a photo image in the "jpg" file format on a PC.
1. Set the [Power] switch to [CAMERA] or [PLAYER], set the [MODE]
switch to [TAPE] (VP-D363(i)/D364W(i)/D365W(i) only).
2. Connect one end of the USB cable to the USB jack on the
Camcorder and the other end to the USB jack on your computer.
3. Setup and execute Windows Movie Maker or the Ulead VIDEO
Studio Software application provided on the CD.
■ For detailed instructions for Ulead VIDEO Studio use, refer to the
program’s Help function.
■ Windows Movie Maker is used for WINDOWS ME and XP users.

Using the removable Disk Function
(VP-D363(i)/D364W(i)/D365W(i) only)
✤ You can easily transfer data from a Memory Card to a PC without
additional cards via a USB connection.
1. Set the [Power] switch to [CAMERA] or [PLAYER], set the [Mode]
switch to [MEMORY].
2. Connect one end of the USB cable to the USB jack on the
Camcorder and the other end to the USB jack on your computer.
3. To verify whether the removable disk has been properly recognised,
open Windows Explorer and locate the removable disk.

✤ Para utilizar USB streaming, deben estar instalados los programas
USB streaming, DV Driver, Video Codec y DirectX 9.0.
✤ Puede ver video de la videocámara en su PC utilizando USB
Streaming.
✤ También puede guardarlo como imagen de video con el formato de
archivo "avi" o como imagen fija en formato de archivo "jpg" en un
PC.
1. Coloque el interruptor [Power] en [CAMERA] o [PLAYER], coloque el
interruptor [MODE] en [TAPE] (sólo VP-D363(i)/D364W(i)/D365W(i)).
2. Conecte un extremo del cable USB al conector USB de la
videocámara y el otro al terminal USB del PC.
3. Configure y ejecute Windows Movie Maker o la aplicación Ulead
VIDEO Studio que se incluye en el CD.

VIDEO Studio, consulte la función de ayuda del programa.
■ Windows Movie Maker se utiliza para usuarios de WINDOWS ME

Utilización de la función de disco extraíble

✤ Se pueden transferir datos de manera sencilla desde una tarjeta de
memoria a un PC mediante una conexión USB, sin necesidad de
una tarjeta adicional.
1. Coloque el interruptor [Power] en [CAMERA], coloque el interruptor
[Mode] en [MEMORY].
2. Conecte un extremo del cable USB al conector USB de la
videocámara y el otro al terminal USB del PC.
3. Para verificar si se ha reconocido correctamente el disco extraíble,
abra el Explorador de Windows y localice el disco extraíble.
