Bad radio reception Reception conditions are bad.
Change your location to achieve better
reception.
The radio reception
is choppy or
frequently
interrupted.
The AF function is activated.
Deactivate the AF function.
The radio only
receives few stations The REG function is activated.
Deactivate the REG function.
The music is only
played back by one
speaker group
The BALANCE and/or FADER
settings are faulty.
Check the BALANCE or FADER settings.
NO FILE
The CD doesn’t meet the
CompactDisc standard or
doesn’t contain any MP3 / WMA
files.
Create a CD that meets the CompactDisc
standard.
Wrong coding of the files that
aren’t being played back.
Recode the files.
Not all
MP3/WMA/OGG
tracks are played
back.
Too many files are stored on the
CD.
A maximum of 1000 tracks can be
administered per CD. Create a CD with less
than 1000 tracks.
The message:
“Warning!!
Enjoy sound only
while driving“
appears during the
playback of a DVD.
The parking brake is not
engaged or the cable that
connects the device to the
parking brake switch has come
loose.
Please engage the parking brake. This is a
protective function, since the legal
requirements prohibit a visual display for the
driver during a drive.
If required, have the cable for the parking brake
checked for any damages.
