Storing a Number Using the Phonebook Menu
1. In idle mode, press the soft key to access the
Phonebook menu.
2. Scroll to the Add entry option by pressing the
or key and press the soft key.
3. Continue the procedure from Step 1 on page 45 to
store the number.
Searching for and Dialling a Number in the
Phonebook
1. When the idle screen is displayed, press the
soft key to access the Phonebook menu.
2. Select the required search method (Find name or
Find number) by pressing the or key, if
necessary.
3. Enter the start of the name or number that you wish
to find.
The phonebook entries are listed, starting with the
first entry matching your input. This entry is also
highlighted.
4. If necessary, press the or key to scroll to
the required entry.
5. Once you have found the required entry, press the
soft key.
6. To... P ress the...
Dial the displayed key.

Using the Phonebook Options
To access the options, proceed as follows.
1. From the phonebook entry, press the soft key.
The first available option is highlighted.
2. Scroll to the required option by pressing the
or key.
3. Press the soft key.
The following options are available.
Edit (SIM card memory)
This option allows you to edit the selected number
and name.
Edit number (phone memory)
This option allows you to edit the selected number.
You can also add a new number if none has been
stored for the selected category.
