Calendar
(Menu 6-2)
The calendar helps you to keep track of schedules,
calls that you need to make, tasks that you need to
do and anniversaries. You can set the phone to ring
when the set date for a schedule is reached.
Consulting the Calendar
To... Then...
Move to another day Press the and keys.
Move to another week Press the and keys.
Move to the previous Hold down the or
or next month key.
Move to the previous Hold down the or key.
or next year
The following options are available when you press
the Options soft key on the Calendar display.
Add memo: allows you to add a new memo on the
selected day.
Go to date: allows you to enter a particular date and
then schedule an event on that date.
View all: shows the events that you have
scheduled.
Delete day: deletes the scheduled event on the
selected day.
Delete all: deletes all the events that you have
scheduled.
3. Select the required day on the calendar by pressing
the navigation keys. Press the soft key.
4. If applicable, depending on the category selected,
enter the required time and press the soft key.
If you have selected the 12-hour time format (see
page 100), select A M or P M by pressing the
or
key and then press the soft key.
5. To set an alarm for the memo, press the Ye s soft
key.
Otherwise, press the N o soft key. The memo is
saved. Go to Step 8.
6. Enter the time for the alarm and press the soft
key.
If you have selected the 12-hour time format (see
page 100), select A M or P M by pressing the
or
key and then press the soft key.
7. Select the required tone for the alarm and press
the soft key.
The memo is saved.
8. Press the key to exit.
