Certificate management

There is a list of authorised certifi-

cates stored in your phone. These

are used for verifying the origin of

WAP pages and installed software.
You need a certificate, for example
• to work with an online bank or an-

other server to transfer confiden-

tial information,

• to protect against viruses.
Note that a certificate is not a protec-

tion in itself. It needs to be checked

for authenticity and trustworthiness.
