Model Numbers
This manual is for Southbend EZ Com Combination Oven models CG/12SC and CG/22SC. The serial plate
is located behind the lower front panel on the left side. On double-stacked models each oven has its own
serial plate.

qualified service technician (a person experienced in and knowledgeable with the installation of commercial
