Setting the Timer

Setting the Program Timer (PROGRAM)
This function allows you to use the timer to automatically start playback at
a specifi ed time. You can set two timers (PROG. 1 and PROG. 2) at the same
time. You can use the timer to activate CD, radio or external component.
Set the system’s clock to the correct time beforehand. (P.52)
Separate the times for PROG. 1 and PROG. 2 by at least 1 minute to ensure that their
operating times do not overlap.

Select “TIMER SET”.
Press the [ A] or [B] key.
Select “PROG. 1” or “PROG. 2”.
Press the [ A] or [B] key.

Select “ON” or “OFF”.
Press the [ A] or [B] key.

Selecting “OFF” ends the procedure and
