test strip other than OneTouch ® Test
Strips, or when the OneTouch ®
Profile ® Meter or OneTouch ® Test
Strips are changed or modified in any
way.
This warranty is in lieu of all other
warranties, express or implied,
including any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a par-
ticular purpose.
