Table 1-16 shows new and changed System Commands in Release 4.0.1:

inactivity-period

<timeout>

Specifies how many seconds a telnet

session remains open with no activity.

Setting it to 0 disables the timer so that

sessions never close because of inactiv-

ity.

The default is 900 seconds or 15

minutes.

<timeout>

– the timeout period, in

seconds.
