z INPUT CHECK is disabled when 23/24 Hz mode or 25 Hz
(HD, SD) mode and 50 Hz (HD, SD) mode are selected.
z INPUT CHECK is disabled during tape playback when INT
SG or 1394 is selected.
z INPUT CHECK is disabled in VIDEO OUT3. It returns to
the normal output state.
