Function : Reads the data of the Text File data from the player.
Format : UU
Explanation : The Weekly Timer data is written in the player from the computer after
received the command while it is Park mode. It ends with <EOF(End Of File: 1aH)>
Unless the player displayes the Text File, it returns Error code.
