To select the ungated/recording version of the crosspoint, select the None

gated version of the input processing. The background of the crosspoint will

turn white to indicate that the ungated/recording version of the input process-

ing is selected.

Pan

The pan control allows the designer to customize how a monaural virtual

channel is mapped to a stereo virtual channel. A pan value of 0 means that the

monaural input virtual channel is attenuated by 3 dB and sent to both the left

and right output channels. The gain (or attenuation) of the matrix crosspoint

is also applied to the input signal as it is mapped to the output signal.
A pan value of 1 means that the mono virtual channel is only mapped to the

right output physical channel, a value of -1 means that the mono virtual chan-

nel is mapped to the left output physical channel. Values between -1 and 1 are
