Description

This parameter sets the ratio of the target gain applied by the expander versus

the difference between the input signal level and the expander threshold. For

example, if the expander ratio is 2 (i.e., 2:1) and the input signal level is 3 dB

below the expander threshold, the expander applies -6 dB of gain.

dp_exp_thresh Expander Threshold

Description

This parameter sets the RMS level (in dBFS) of the input signal below which

the expander engages.
