1 Make sure that the AUTO ANSWER setting is set to
the desired mode (TAD/FAX or TEL/FAX mode)
where you want to record a greeting message (p. 67).
2 Press two times.

Recording your own greeting messages
The recording time is limited to 16 seconds for each message. Record your message within 12 seconds for
best performance.
● You can choose either 16 seconds or 60 seconds of recording time for the TAD/FAX greeting message
(p. 88).
