Selecting Your Domain Name Server (DNS)

By default, the domain name server (DNS) is enabled, and the modem router accepts the first
received DNS assignment from the PVCs when the Internet connection is established.

To view or change the DNS server settings, in the Advanced section of the main menu, select DNS
Server. The following screen displays:

If you want to manually specify the DNS primary and secondary server IP addresses each time the
modem router connects to the Internet:

1. Clear the Enable Automatic Assigned DNS check box and click Apply.

2. Reboot the modem router.
