Command
Set RTS/CTS frame size threshold
Description
Determines whether RTS/CTS frames should be sent
on the wireless link and what size frames they should
be used for. Frames larger than the parameter value
will be preceded by an RTS/CTS exchange.
Syntax
[de] rts-threshold <limit>
Arguments
de
sets the default value 2312.
The
limit
values are integers 256...65535.
Example
MW1122(conf-wlan)#rts-threshold 2000

Command
Set fragment threshold limit
Description
Sets the fragmentation threshold. Decreasing the frag-
mentation threshold will reduce the probability of packet
errors due to interference from other devices.
Syntax
[de] fragment-threshold <limit>
Arguments
de
sets the default value 2312.
The
limit
values are integers 0...3000
Example

Command
Set beacon interval
Description
Sets the time interval in milliseconds for beacons sent
by the wireless station. A beacon is a short message
containing the network name. If the wireless station re-
ceives a beacon with a network name matching its own,
it knows that it is on the correct channel and can com-
municate with other stations in its group.
Syntax
[de] beacon-interval <value>
Arguments
de
sets the default beacon interval 200.
value
is the time interval in milliseconds, 1...65535.
Example
MW1122(conf-wlan)#beacon-interval 3000
