2. Provide the cable connections for the second to eighth servers.
Check
4 Connect the interface cable to the server switch unit side first, then the server
side.
3. When all servers are connected to the server switch unit, connect the keyboard, the mouse,
and the display unit to KB, MOUSE, and CONSOLE connectors ( in the figure above).
4. At last, connect the power cords of the servers and display unit and the AC cord of the server
switch unit to AC outlets ( in the figure above).
Check
4 Fix the cable of the AC cord with the attached tie wraps to the rack mount
bracket (large) or an appropriate location on the rack to prevent it from being
disconnected.
5. Fix the cables to the rack with the attached tie wraps.
6. After confirming that all the connections are valid, start the servers sequentially.
Select each of the servers to check that it is started normally and set correctly.
7. If the keyboard, mouse, and/or display monitor are not set correctly, set and start each device
again.
