Basic Procedure for Sending by Scan to Folder
This section describes the basic operation for sending scan files by Scan to Folder.
Important
❒ This function is available only when Function Upgrade Option is installed.
A
Make sure that no previous settings remain.
If a previous setting remains, press {Clear Modes}.

If the Network Delivery Scanner or E-mail screen is displayed, press [ ]
key to switch to the Scan to Folder screen.

Place originals.

Select a destination
You can specify multiple destinations.
For details, see "Specifying a Destination Folder".

If necessary, press [Options] to specify the resolution and orientation of the
originals.
For details, see "Various Scan Settings".
F
Press {Start}.
Scanning starts.
You must press {q} to send scan files that are scanned from the exposure glass.
Scan files that are scanned from the ADF are sent immediately.

If you still have originals to send, place them on the machine, and then
press {Start}.
Repeat this step until all originals are scanned.
